Combine Training

One Day Combine Training
One-on-One Training

The FASST Center has programs to fit everyone’s needs, including small groups, large groups, and individuals. All programs last for six weeks and between 60 to 90 minutes.

SMALL GROUP PROGRAMS

Our Small Group Programs are no larger than ten athletes, allowing our staff to effectively focus on proper teaching techniques and skill development.
These groups are broken down into 6 groups:

Midgets (Ages 8-11)
The Youth program is conducted in 60-minute sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. High priority is placed on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns.

Youth Level I (Ages 12-14)
This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. The inclusion of formal strength and power training during the 90-minute sessions provides benefits in two ways.

Youth Level II (Ages 15+)

For Youth II athletes, technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are provided. During the 90-minute Youth II sessions, training begins to resemble sporting demands. Youth II programs focus on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery. In addition, focus on strength and power increases with moderate and heavy loads to maximize development and overall performance.

Women’s Fitness Program
The Women’s fitness programs are designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 60-minute movement-based sessions that are unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique. Six weeks of positive, energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. The FASST Center staff will also provide nutritional education to help you meet your goals.

Adult Core Training

The idea behind this 60-minute program is that everything starts from the core. This program will focus on three important core concepts: body, mind, and nutrition. These three basic core concepts will help give you the energy needed for optimal performance and invest in your long-term health. This is not just a class; it’s an investment for your life.

Adult Body Sculpting

The FASST Center’s Body sculpting workouts are 60-minute exercise programs designed to help tone the muscles in specific areas of the body. Body sculpting is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. To develop a strong chest and stomach, powerful arms and shoulders, and strong leg muscles, our body sculpting class employ the use of free weights, bands, stability balls, and dumbbells. Body Sculpting is highly recommended to those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. Any fitness level can enroll so come experience a challenging and dynamic body sculpting workout using dumbbells and resistance tools.

LARGE GROUP PROGRAMS

Our Large Group Programs are designed to facilitate the team concept, build relationships among athletes, and teach proper techniques and development sports specific skills. This group includes:

FASST Team Training  
In this type of training situation coaches from FASST will bring their expert instructions and dynamic program to your teams training facility or you can come to our center. Over the course of 4-8 weeks, teams will see significant gains in their speed, strength and agility. Another benefit of this training is teamwork, after such intesne training the camaraderie between the players is evident throughout the season.

This training program is ideal for teams who want to make the most of their off-season. Off-season training is a chance to train hard and get stronger.  The most intense training should occur when your team is furthest from its’ competitive pinnacle.  In-season training allows for muscle maintenance and injury prevention during the rigors of an intense season, and allows for your team to peak at the right time.

Combine

An athlete’s performance in the combine can make a difference in receiving a college scholarship or signing a contract with a professional sports team. The combine is one of the most important days in an athlete’s life. In order to do well at the combine, particular skills must be mastered. We want our athletes to be able to meet those physical and mental challenges head on.

Combine Training

The FASST Center’s Combine Training is an intense; 6-weeks that prepares athletes to meet the challenges of the combine. Each training session is 90-minutes. We focus on:

One-Day Combine Testing/Training

The FASST Center’s Combine Testing/Training is a one time session for two-hours that prepares athletes to meet the challenges of the combine. The first hour will be spent on testing athletes on the combine (except for the bench press). The next hour is a crash course in combine techniques. During this hour, we focus on:

One-on-One Training

Our one-on-one training is designed to meet the individual needs of our athletes. Athletes will work directly with a personal coach to help develop their overall fitness level. Our one-on-one training includes:

Professional / Elite Athletes Training
Customized, sport specific programs to fit the needs of the elite athlete. Our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Timelines to reach goals and exceed expectations are accelerated for this athletic population due to the elite competitive schedules and real-time demands.
