FASST Boot Camp Training

The FASST Center’s Boot Camp Training is here to help you change your life. Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. FASST Speed, Acceleration, Strength and Agility Training

This 4 week program is designed for athletes of all types. Each 60 min workout is designed to enhance speed, strength, quickness, power, and agility. Learn to be more explosive and separate yourself from the pack. Gain an edge on your competition so you can hit the ground running on the first day of practice.
