Fall 2011

Body Sculpting Training, $300

The FASST Center’s Body sculpting workouts are 60-minute exercise programs designed to help tone the muscles in specific areas of the body. Body sculpting is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. To develop a strong chest and stomach, powerful arms and shoulders, and strong leg muscles, our body sculpting class employs the use of free weights, bands, stability balls, and dumbbells. Body Sculpting is highly recommended to those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. Any fitness level can enroll so come experience a challenging and dynamic body sculpting workout using dumbbells and resistance tools.

 

Core Training, $300

The idea behind this 60-minute program is that everything starts from the core. This program will focus on three important core concepts: body, mind, and nutrition. These three basic core concepts will help give you the energy needed for optimal performance and invest in your long-term health. This is not just a class; it’s an investment for your life.

 

Small Group Training - Midgets (Ages 8-11), $350

Our Small Group Programs are no larger than ten athletes, allowing our staff to effectively focus on proper teaching techniques and skill development.

The Youth program is conducted in 60-minute sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. High priority is placed on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns.

 

Small Group Training - Youth Level 1 (Ages 12-14), $400

Our Small Group Programs are no larger than ten athletes, allowing our staff to effectively focus on proper teaching techniques and skill development.

This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. The inclusion of formal strength and power training during the 90-minute sessions provides benefits in two ways.

 

Small Group Training - Youth Level 2 (Ages 15+), $400

Our Small Group Programs are no larger than ten athletes, allowing our staff to effectively focus on proper teaching techniques and skill development.

For Youth II athletes, technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are provided. During the 90-minute Youth II sessions, training begins to resemble sporting demands. Youth II programs focus on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery. In addition, focus on strength and power increases with moderate and heavy loads to maximize development and overall performance.

The FASST Center's Women Fitness, $350

The Women’s fitness programs are designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 60-minute movement-based sessions that are unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique. Six weeks of positive, energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. The FASST Center staff will also provide nutritional education to help you meet your goals.
